The role:

• Teaching a class of pupils with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND)
• Planning and delivering engaging lessons that meet a range of learning needs
• Creating a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment
• Working closely with support staff, families, and other professionals
• Monitoring and assessing pupil progress to ensure positive outcomes

The ideal candidate will:

• Hold QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
• Have experience teaching pupils with SEND, or a strong interest in specialist education
• Be patient, adaptable, and committed to inclusive teaching practices
• Demonstrate excellent communication and classroom management skills
• Be passionate about helping every pupil achieve their full potential
