A nurturing and inclusive primary school in Birmingham is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teacher to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in developing and delivering high-quality SEND provision within a mainstream primary setting, working closely with pupils who have a range of additional needs, supporting them to access the curriculum, develop confidence, and achieve positive outcomes.
What's the role?

Deliver tailored teaching and intervention programmes for pupils with SEND.

Support pupils with a range of needs, including Autism, ADHD, Speech and Language needs, and SEMH.

Contribute to the development and implementation of EHCP targets and individual support plans.

Work collaboratively with class teachers to promote inclusive classroom practice.

Monitor pupil progress and adapt provision to meet individual needs.

Build strong relationships with families and external professionals.
We are looking for someone who:

Holds QTS or is currently completing ECT induction.

Has a genuine passion for SEND and inclusive education.

Can build positive relationships with pupils with additional needs.

Is calm, resilient and adaptable.

Works effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

SEN experience is desirable.
