Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated and passionate SEND Teacher to join our supportive and dynamic educational team in Hampton, Greater London. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality, tailored instruction to students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) to ensure inclusive learning experiences.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with a range of SEND.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes the social, emotional, and academic development of all students.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including teaching assistants, therapists, and parents, to support student progress.
- Assess and monitor student performance, adapting teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs.
- Maintain accurate records of student achievements and provide regular feedback to parents and stakeholders.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Demonstrated experience working with students with SEND in an educational setting.
- Strong understanding of special educational needs legislation and best practices in inclusive education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
