This class includes students with Autism, Down's Syndrome, communication differences and some physical disabilities, making this a rewarding opportunity for a teacher who thrives in creative, nurturing environments.As a SEND Teacher in this setting, you will teach a small class with excellent support from skilled Teaching Assistants. You will work closely with a highly committed leadership team who place student well-being, communication, and personal development at the heart of the curriculum. Lessons are adapted, practical and designed around each student's strengths - no two days are the same, and every success is celebrated.Job Role:

• Teaching a Key Stage 3 class with diverse and complex learning needs
• Planning creative lessons that build independence, confidence and engagement
• Differentiating activities to meet a wide range of abilities and communication styles
• Leading a classroom supported by experienced Teaching Assistants
• Working closely with therapists, families and external agencies
• Creating a safe, positive and structured learning environment where students can thrive
