• Working one-on-one or in small groups with students who have special educational needs or disabilities

• Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to each child's development
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation of student progress and achievements

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year experience working as a Teaching Assistant, preferably with SEND students
• Relevant qualifications or working towards qualifications in education, childcare, or special needs support (Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification)
• Strong understanding of various special educational needs and disabilities
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children
