Smile Education are supporting a partnership trust in recruiting a dedicated Teaching Assistant who specialises in supporting primary-aged pupils with additional SEND needs. You will work across KS1 and KS2, including mixed-age classes, and assist with behaviour management in a positive and proactive manner.
