Job Description

The London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham is seeking an outstanding SEND Reforms Programme Lead to shape the next phase of our SEND improvement journey and drive the implementation of our ambitious SEND Strategy.

You will provide strategic leadership, coordinate cross agency workstreams across schools, health services and social care, and build strong partnerships to ensure timely, effective support for children and families.
