SEND Outreach Teacher for Alternative Provision & EOTAS

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd is seeking a SEND Teacher (Outreach) to join our Outreach team, delivering blended Alternative Provision and EOTAS support across school, home and community settings.

You will work from Education, Health and Care Plans to tailor personalised provision, adapt your teaching to each learner's needs, and collaborate with families, schools and the Love2Learn team to build effective learning plans and report progress.
