SEND Keyworker & Case Officer - Champion Futures for 0-25

Islington Council is seeking a dedicated SEND Keyworker (Case Officer) to join Pupil Services. You will support children and young people aged 0-25 with SEND, coordinating EHC processes and advising families to secure appropriate provision in line with the SEND Code of Practice.

In this role you will work with mainstream and specialist schools and partner agencies to ensure timely, high-quality plans and support. Excellent communication and teamwork are essential.
