SEND Intervention Practitioner - Portsmouth (Temp Perm)

Pink Tile Education Ltd in Portsmouth is seeking a dedicated SEND Intervention Practitioner to join our inclusive school on a temporary-to-permanent basis. You will provide tailored support to pupils with a range of needs to help them access learning and develop confidence.

Working closely with teachers and the SEND team, you will deliver 1:1 and small group support, help implement learning plans and promote positive behaviours, independence and social development.
