SEND Internship Job Coach & Employer Liaison

Reaseheath College is seeking a committed individual to join our Supported Internship team in Cheshire. You will provide tailored one-to-one support using person-centred approaches and Training in Systematic Instruction (TSI). Travel to employer sites across Cheshire is required to enable workplace-based support and reviews.

You will work with learners to develop skills, confidence and independence, while collaborating with employers and external agencies to maximise employment outcomes.
