SEND Inclusive Practitioner - Empower Learners to Thrive

Truro & Penwith College is seeking an Inclusive Practitioner (SEND) to join our Learning Support team. The role centers on improving outcomes for learners with EHCPs and high needs through personalised, holistic support and collaboration with staff, families and external professionals.
