As a SEND Class Teacher, You Will: Create engaging, meaningful lessons tailored to individual student needs Inspire confidence, independence, and emotional growth in your class Collaborate with an expert multidisciplinary team TAs, therapists, and specialists Bring patience, positivity, and creativity to every challenge Help students thrive socially, emotionally, and academically at their own pace We re Looking For: A qualified teacher (QTS/QTLS) with SEND experience or a real passion to develop it A compassionate educator with a flexible, student-first mindset A team player who values progress in all its forms big or small Someone who gets it who sees beyond behaviour and connects with the child inside
