SEND Caseworker: EHC Assessments & Annual Reviews

Working for Hull City Council is seeking two motivated SEND Caseworkers to join the SEND Assessment & Review Team. You will coordinate the statutory Education, Health and Care assessment processes, working closely with families and multi-agency partners to deliver timely outcomes.
