A number of SEND and SEMH schools across East Sussex are continuing to expand their teams with educators who bring stability, professionalism and a genuine commitment to supporting pupils with additional needs.
These settings support primary and secondary learners who benefit from clear routines, emotionally consistent adults and structured classroom practice. The work can be demanding at times, but schools operate within collaborative teams and defined behaviour frameworks.
We are currently seeking both qualified teachers and classroom-based support staff interested in purposeful roles within SEND and SEMH education.

A valid child-only DBS is required. If you do not currently hold one, you will need to apply and pay for a DBS and register it on the Update Service. Guidance is provided throughout the process.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
