We are seeking a dedicated SEND Administrator to provide comprehensive, efficient, and confidential administrative support to our Special Educational Needs Co-ordinator (SENDCo) and SEND team.
Are you a highly organised administration professional looking for an impactful part-time role? We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented SEND Administrator to join our Academy team for 22.5 hours per week.
Your number one priority in this role will be managing and completing the paperwork for JCQ Inspections, for all of the Academy's Access Arrangements, ensuring our students get the support they need to thrive. You will need to undertake annual training to understand annual updates from JCQ in relation to the supporting paperwork. You will work across the whole Academy to collate evidence from classroom teachers and work alongside the SENDCo, SLT including of exams and Exams & Data Manager.

You will coordinate essential administrative processes, manage confidential pupil records, and serve as a professional point of contact for parents, carers and external agencies.
Key responsibilities include:- Coordinating Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) processes and Annual Reviews.
- Maintaining accurate records of interventions and the Academy's SEND Register.
- Supporting the administration of examination access arrangements in partnership with the Exams & Data Manager.
- Preparing documentation, tracking statutory deadlines, and generating data reports to support school leadership.
The successful candidate will bring excellent organisational and communication skills, a high level of accuracy, and a strict commitment to data protection and confidentiality.
- Experience of working in an administrative role with experience of producing accurate records and reports.
- Level 2 qualification (or equivalent) in literacy and numeracy.
- Excellent IT skills, with an understanding of office systems and procedures.
