South West/ permanent / £26k - 27k per year dependent on experience

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a lovely SEND college in Bournemouth, supporting neurodivergent learners aged 16 to 25. This is a warm, welcoming and highly supportive environment where staff work closely together, creating a positive and friendly atmosphere that allows every student to feel valued, understood and encouraged to achieve their full potential.

The college is looking to appoint a full time Administrator on a temp to perm basis. As an Administrator, you will be central to the day-to-day running of the college, confidently managing EHCP documentation, coordinating communication between staff and external professionals, and ensuring that all records are maintained with accuracy, care and attention to detail.

The successful Administrator will have:

• Previous administrative experience, ideally within an education setting
• Strong knowledge and experience working with EHCP plans
• Experience working within a college setting desirable
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive, adaptable and professional approach
