SENCo Lead SEND Strategy & Inclusive Education

Protocol Education Ltd is seeking a proactive SENCo to lead SEND provision across the academy in Bromley. You will work with the Executive Head and senior leaders to develop and implement SEND strategy and ensure high-quality inclusive practice.

The role requires QTS, NASENCo, and experience coordinating SEND in a primary setting. You will monitor progress, supervise interventions, and maintain accurate SEND records while collaborating with families and external agencies.
