SENCO & Inclusion Lead for Apprenticeships

Calex UK is seeking an experienced SENCO to lead SEND provision across its apprenticeship programmes at the Stellantis Performance Academy, Coventry. You will drive inclusion, ensure compliance with SEND legislation, and collaborate with tutors, employers and external agencies to secure positive learner outcomes.

The role requires substantial SEND leadership, strong communication and data-analysis skills to develop supportive plans and oversee ALS and reasonable adjustments.
