£44,604 - £48,028 per year (pro rata)
Term: Permanent (Part time 28 hours per week, Monday to Friday)

Starting in September 2026, the role is up to 26 hours per week and will be paid on TEAL's Leadership pay scale L1 to L4 (£51,773 to £55,747) DOE. If you are interested in working on a part time/job share basis, please get in touch as we would be happy to explore this further with you.

You will be joining a well established, committed team who are supportive and forward thinking. We seek someone with experience of working with children and young people with a range of special educational needs, who possesses the skills, knowledge and motivation to be able to make a difference.
The candidate will have a strong knowledge of statutory processes and experience of working with professionals and parents/carers, participating in planned reviews.
