SEN Youth Worker: Support & Empower Students

GSL Education, a specialist recruitment agency, are seeking a Youth Worker for an SEN secondary school in Redditch. You will support students with diverse needs, delivering planned interventions on a 1:1 and small group basis.

Working in partnership with the SENCO, you will help achieve EHCP outcomes, promote social and emotional well-being, and maintain safeguarding and welfare procedures in line with school policies.
