SEN Tutor: Build Employability & Life Skills

Red 5 People is seeking a dedicated teacher to support young people aged 16-25 with EHCPs. The role combines classroom learning with practical employability and independent living skills to help learners progress into paid employment.

You'll deliver Functional Skills English and Maths up to Level 2, plan practical lessons, and work with Job Coaches and employers to achieve outcomes. A non-traditional teaching role that adapts to each learner's needs.
