Job Description
The Role

  • Provide 1:1 tailored tuition to a student with Special Educational Needs

  • Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons

  • Support academic progress as well as confidence and independence

  • Work closely with parents/carers and other professionals where required

  • Maintain clear records of progress and adapt strategies as needed

Ideal Candidate

  • Qualified teacher or experienced SEN tutor

  • Experience working with children with additional needs (e.g., ASD, ADHD, speech & language needs, learning difficulties)

  • Patient, empathetic and adaptable approach

  • Strong communication skills

  • Enhanced DBS (or willing to obtain one)

  • Available for in-person sessions in Romford
