Job Description
Overview 
The SEN Team Lead will oversee and coordinate group-based sessions for children and young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
Responsibilities- Lead and support a team of SEN Support Staff, ensuring high quality delivery of activities that promote independence, social interaction, and fine and gross motor skill development.
- Combine leadership, mentoring, and hands-on support to ensure every child receives the best possible experience.
