• Supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in vibrant, welcoming schools
• Helping children learn in ways that actually make sense to them (yes - sometimes that includes Lego, sensory play, and a LOT of encouragement!)
• Building confidence, independence, and those lightbulb moments
• Being part teacher, part cheerleader, part problem-solver and occasionally part comedian

• Experience working with children (SEN experience = bonus points )
• A calm, caring, and can-do attitude
• Creativity - because no two days (or learners!) are the same
