EduTalent Group are hiring for a One to One Teaching Assistant to join a specialist SEN school located near Hastings. This setting supports pupils aged 7 to 16 with a range of complex needs, focusing on engagement, personal development and positive learning outcomes within a structured and supportive environment. The role involves working closely with individual pupils or small groups, helping to build confidence, encourage progress and support both academic and emotional development.

• A strong basic education, with a minimum of GCSE Grade C or equivalent in English and Mathematics
• Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role (Coaching, Mentorship, Support Positions)
• Experience supporting pupils with SEMH needs
• Confidence to lead on a specialist area such as Reading, Mathematics or outdoor learning
• Experience with behaviour management strategies and techniques
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
• A commitment to ongoing professional development
• Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check
• Term time only, full time hours
• Temp to perm contracts
