Job Description
Key Responsibilities 
- Provide 1:1 SEN support and small-group intervention
- Support pupils with EHCPs and individual learning plans
- Assist with behaviour management and emotional regulation
- Work closely with the class teacher, SENCO, and pastoral team
- Help pupils engage in learning and develop independence
- Experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant
- Experience supporting pupils with ASD, ADHD, SEMH or complex needs
- Strong behaviour management and communication skills
- Calm, patient, and adaptable approach
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
- Long-term full-time SEN Teaching Assistant role
