SEN Teaching Assistant Immediate Start Available

We are currently recruiting for a SEN Teaching Assistant to join a fantastic school in Plymouth, Devon.

This role is ideal for individuals with experience supporting children or vulnerable adults and offers the opportunity to make a lasting difference to pupils with additional educational needs.

The Role:

• Supporting pupils with Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties.
• Delivering tailored learning support on a 1:1 and small-group basis.
• Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management.
• Promoting positive behaviour and engagement.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous SEN experience is advantageous.
• Background in education, care, support work, or youth services.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Flexible, reliable, and committed.
