SEN Teaching Assistant

SEN Teaching Assistant (SEN TA)We are seeking a caring, patient, and motivated SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with Special Educational Needs in a positive and inclusive learning environment.The successful candidate will work closely with class teachers and the SEN team to support students' academic, social, and emotional development. This may include working one-to-one or with small groups of pupils with needs such as ASD, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, or social and emotional needs.Key Responsibilities:Support pupils with SEN in the classroom and during activitiesAssist with implementing individual learning plans (ILPs)Encourage positive behaviour and engagement in learningHelp create a safe, supportive, and inclusive environmentWork collaboratively with teachers and parents/carersThe Ideal Candidate Will:Be patient, empathetic, and reliableHave a genuine interest in supporting children with SENBe able to work well as part of a teamHave good communication skillsPrevious experience is desirable but not essential (training can be provided)We Offer:A supportive and welcoming school environmentOpportunities for training and professional developmentThe chance to make a real difference in children's livesIf you are passionate about supporting children with special educational needs, we would love to hear from you.Aspire People Limited provides services as an Education Agency and an Education Employment Business.
