Love helping children thrive? Make a real difference in a child's school experience! We're looking for a caring and committed SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Plymouth. This Key Stage 1 role focuses on supporting pupils with SEN and SEMH needs - helping them feel understood, confident, and engaged.
Responsibilities- Support pupils with SEN and SEMH needs, tailoring learning to their strengths
- Work alongside teachers to adapt lessons and strategies
- Create a calm, supportive classroom where every child can flourish
- Encourage positive peer relationships and celebrate progress
- Take part in ongoing training, including trauma-informed approaches
- Experience with children (school or SEND setting preferred)
- Patient, empathetic, and resilient, with a commitment to wellbeing
- Good communicator and team player
- Level 2/3 Supporting Teaching & Learning qualification (desirable)
- Driving licence & vehicle (desirable)
- Make a lasting impact on children's lives

Pay: £92-£96 per day Hours: Mon-Fri 8:30-3:30 Start: ASAP
