Overview

We're looking for amazing SEN Teaching Assistants

Location: Loughborough
Hours: Full-time / Part-time options
Pay: £89 - £110 per day (experience dependent)

We are Axcis Education and we're recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils with additional needs across local schools and specialist settings. If you're someone who believes every child deserves to feel understood, supported, and safe in education, this could be the role for you.

Responsibilities
  • Support pupils with a wide range of needs across mainstream schools, special schools, or alternative provisions.
  • Provide 1:1 support to access learning for pupils as required.
  • Demonstrate patience, reassurance, and routine to help pupils thrive.
  • Work with pupils who have Autism, ADHD, SEMH or learning difficulties and may experience emotional regulation or behavioural challenges.
  • Build trust and positive relationships with pupils and staff to contribute to a supportive learning environment.
