Elite Supply Services are looking for dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistants to work across a range of primary and secondary schools in the Lichfield area.

We're looking for individuals who are patient, understanding and committed to helping every child reach their full potential - whether you have classroom experience or a background in care, support work or youth work.

Role Overview:

• Support pupils with a range of special educational needs including Autism, ADHD, and complex learning needs
• Provide one-to-one and small group support
• Assist with personal care where required
• Help create an inclusive, safe and supportive learning environment
• Work closely with teachers and SENCOs to support learning and wellbeing

Requirements:

• Experience working with children or young people with additional needs (school or care setting)
• A caring and patient nature
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
