SEN Teaching Assistant - Tower Hamlets

Full-time Long-term Immediate Start

An "outstanding" all-through SEN School in Tower Hamlets is seeking a caring and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team on a full-time, long-term basis. Experience working in an SEN Setting is preferred, but not essential.

Role Overview:

• Support throughout the year groups with their learning

• Provide 1:1 and small group support

• Implement Individual Learning Plans (ILPs)

• Support pupils' social, emotional, and academic development

• Work closely with teachers, SENCO, and external professionals

• Work with their EHCP

Requirements:

• Patient, calm, and proactive approach

• Passion for supporting children with SEN

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• SEN/ASD experience desirable but not essential
