Key Responsibilities:- Provide one-to-one and small group support to SEN students
- Assist in the development and implementation of individualised education plans
- Adapt learning materials and resources to meet the specific needs of each student
- Encourage student participation and engagement in classroom activities
- Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to ensure a consistent approach to student support
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of student progress
- GCSE Maths and English (Grade C or above) or equivalent
- Relevant experience working with children or in an educational setting
- Knowledge of SEN and inclusive education practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
