SEN Teaching Assistant - WSM

Full-Time or Part-Time Start ASAP or April 2026 Mainstream & SEN Settings

We are looking for passionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to join schools in Weston Super Mare. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and young people with special educational needs.

• Support students with a range of SEN needs in mainstream classrooms or specialist settings.
• Work closely with teachers to deliver tailored learning and interventions.
• Provide one to one or small group support to help students achieve their potential.
• Promote inclusion and positive behaviour in the classroom.

• Experience working with children with SEN (desirable but not essential).
• Patience, empathy, and a proactive approach to supporting learning.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to adapt to different learning needs and environments.
