Job Description

Philosophy Education, Ltd. is recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants to join the Secondary Phase of an all-through Academy in Harrow.

You will support students with SEN and behavioural needs, focusing on Key Stage 3 pupils (ages 11-14) through one-to-one and small group interventions. You will work closely with class teachers and the SENCo, receiving ongoing training to develop your skills in a supportive environment.
