SEN Teaching Assistant - 1:1 & Small Group Support

A supportive educational organization in Aylesbury is looking for a compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to work with students aged 11-19 with complex needs. The role involves supporting students 1:1 or in small groups, helping them access education and develop life skills. Candidates should have a calm approach, be resilient, and possess or be willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS. Experience with children with SEN is preferred.
