About the role:

Justteachers are seeking a dedicated and creative SEN Teacher to join an EYFS provision within a welcoming SEN school in Lichfield. These roles are due to start in September 2026 and are ideal for teachers who are passionate about early years education and committed to helping children with additional needs thrive in a structured and supportive setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality EYFS teaching tailored to pupils with SEN
• Develop personalised learning opportunities to meet individual EHCP targets
• Support communication, sensory, and social development within the classroom
• Foster positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families
• Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams to support pupil outcomes
• Maintain a positive and engaging learning environment
• Follow safeguarding and school policies at all times

Pre-requisites:

• QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
• Previous experience teaching within EYFS or SEN environments
• Knowledge of SEN needs including ASD, SEMH, and speech and language difficulties
• Strong classroom management and organisational skills
• Compassionate, resilient, and proactive attitude
• Ability to differentiate learning effectively
