The Role

As a KS2 SEN Teacher, you will:

  • Deliver creative and differentiated lessons tailored to individual needs
  • Support pupils with SEMH to develop emotional regulation and engagement
  • Create a structured, safe and nurturing classroom environment
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils
  • Use innovative strategies to re-engage learners in education
  • Work closely with support staff and specialists to deliver holistic care

What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who is:

  • A qualified teacher (QTS) with KS2 experience
  • Passionate about SEN and SEMH education
  • Patient, empathetic and emotionally intelligent
  • Skilled in behaviour management with a trauma-informed approach
  • Creative, flexible and solution-focused
  • Committed to making a meaningful difference every day

Experience within SEMH or specialist settings is desirable, but your attitude, resilience and commitment are what matter most.
