The Role
As a KS2 SEN Teacher, you will:
- Deliver creative and differentiated lessons tailored to individual needs
- Support pupils with SEMH to develop emotional regulation and engagement
- Create a structured, safe and nurturing classroom environment
- Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils
- Use innovative strategies to re-engage learners in education
- Work closely with support staff and specialists to deliver holistic care
What We're Looking For
We are looking for someone who is:
- A qualified teacher (QTS) with KS2 experience
- Passionate about SEN and SEMH education
- Patient, empathetic and emotionally intelligent
- Skilled in behaviour management with a trauma-informed approach
- Creative, flexible and solution-focused
- Committed to making a meaningful difference every day
Experience within SEMH or specialist settings is desirable, but your attitude, resilience and commitment are what matter most.
