Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to EYFS and KS1 learners with SEN
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
- Support pupils' academic, social, and emotional development
- Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, and external professionals
- Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting teaching strategies accordingly
- Build strong relationships with parents and carers
The Ideal Candidate
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching in EYFS/KS1 (SEN experience desirable but not essential)
- A patient, resilient, and nurturing approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to inclusive education and child development
