About the Role

Full-time teaching position within a specialist school setting

Plan and deliver tailored, engaging lessons that meet individual learning needs and EHCP outcomes

Work with students across Key Stages with a range of complex needs

Foster confidence, independence, and a love of learning in every student

Collaborate with teaching assistants, therapists, and support staff to create holistic learning experiences

Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and external agencies

We're Looking For Someone Who

Holds QTS and has experience teaching students with SEN in a UK school setting

Has a strong understanding of differentiation, EHCPs, and individual learning plans

Is patient, empathetic, and committed to supporting learners with complex needs

Communicates effectively and works collaboratively with colleagues and families
-
Is reflective and committed to continuous professional development
