SEN Teacher - Secondary Chelmsford £120-£250 per day Immediate Start
Are you a passionate and dedicated SEN teacher looking for your next challenge? We're working with a well-regarded secondary school in Chelmsford that is seeking a confident and compassionate SEN Teacher to join their team immediately.
This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of students with a range of special educational needs, including ASD, ADHD, and moderate learning difficulties. You will be working in a supportive environment with a strong SEN department and an experienced leadership team.
The Role:- Full-time SEN Teacher - Secondary setting
- Immediate start, ongoing position
- Deliver tailored lessons and support plans to meet individual needs
- Work closely with SENCO, teaching assistants, and pastoral staff
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) or equivalent
- Experience working with secondary-aged students with SEN
- A patient, nurturing, and adaptable teaching style
- Strong behaviour management and communication skills
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
- Competitive daily rate: £120-£250, based on experience
