Year 7 & 8 Nurture Teacher - Autism & SEMHStart: ASAPPay: Dependent on experience

We are seeking a compassionate and resilient Nurture Teacher to work with Year 7 and 8 pupils in a specialist SEN school supporting Autism and SEMH needs.

The role involves delivering nurture-based teaching to small groups, supporting emotional regulation, social skills, and readiness to learn within a calm, structured environment. A strong understanding of trauma-informed, attachment-aware and autism-friendly practice is essential.

Requirements:

• QTS (or relevant teaching experience)
• Experience with Autism and/or SEMH
• Calm, patient, and relationship-focused approach
• Confident managing behaviour using positive strategies
