Location: West BromwichPay: £150-£180 per day (PAYE)
We are recruiting an SEN Teacher for a specialist provision in West Bromwich, supporting pupils with autism, SEMH and additional learning needs. This role is suited to a teacher who is confident working outside of mainstream expectations and understands that progress looks different in specialist settings.
The school offers a structured and supportive environment, with small classes and a strong emphasis on consistency, routine and emotional regulation.
The SEN Teacher Role-
Plan and deliver adapted lessons aligned to individual needs and EHCPs

Teach pupils with a range of SEN, including autism and SEMH

Work closely with support staff to maintain a calm and effective classroom

Contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment

Specialist provision with experienced leadership

Small class sizes and high staff-to-pupil ratios

Clear behaviour and regulation strategies in place

QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification

Experience working with SEN pupils as a SEN Teacher, or a strong commitment to SEN education

Ability to commute to or work locally in West Bromwich
