About the RoleYou will be responsible for delivering engaging, tailored lessons to pupils with a range of special educational needs, including autism, complex learning difficulties, and social, emotional and mental health needs. You will play a key role in creating a nurturing, inclusive environment where every learner can thrive and reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver differentiated lessons to meet individual learning needs
- Develop and implement personalised learning plans
- Foster a safe, supportive and inclusive classroom environment
- Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, and families
- Monitor, assess and report on student progress
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential
- NQTs/ECTs are warmly encouraged to apply
