SEN TA for Complex Needs & ASD (1:1 Support)

New Directions Holdings Limited is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with complex needs, including severe Autism (ASD) and challenging behaviour in Rugby. The role can be full-time or part-time, offering a pay range of £92.63 - £100 per day depending on experience. Candidates should have experience supporting children with special educational needs and demonstrate patience and a consistent approach in their work.
