About the Roles

Literacy Support (HLTA) - Unique Opportunity

This is a standout role based within the school's library, working alongside an experienced Senior Literacy Lead.

You will:

  • Deliver targeted reading and comprehension interventions
  • Support students to develop a love of reading
  • Work across areas such as spelling, organisation, working memory, and emotional literacy
  • Help identify additional needs, including screening for dyslexia

LSA Roles (Primary & Secondary)

You will:

  • Support pupils 1:1 and in small groups
  • Encourage engagement, behaviour, and access to learning
  • Work within a structured, therapeutic environment
  • Play a key role in helping students build confidence and achieve their potential
