SEN Support Assistant - Speech & Language Focus

We are looking for a SEN Support Assistant to work with pupils who have speech, language, and communication needs.

About the role:

You will support children in developing communication skills and confidence within a classroom setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support speech and language activities set by specialists
• Encourage communication through structured and play based learning
• Work 1:1 and in small groups
• Support pupils with understanding instructions and routines

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills
• Patient and encouraging approach
• Interest in speech and language development
