SEN Support Assistant - Full-Time

We are looking for a SEN Support Assistant to work across KS2, supporting both classroom learning and targeted interventions.

About the role:

You will support pupils who require additional help to stay on track, both academically and emotionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver small group interventions in literacy and numeracy
• Support pupils within lessons to reinforce learning
• Assist with behaviour and emotional regulation
• Encourage engagement and independence
• Work collaboratively with teaching staff

Requirements:

• Confident supporting KS2 pupils
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Patient and adaptable approach

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday
• 8:30am - 3:30pm

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
