This busy family is looking for an experienced and professional SEN Rota Nanny with a mature approach to care for their 11 year old. The role requires strong SEN experience with children who have ASC and ADHD, as well as energy, humour, patience, and the ability to set clear boundaries and manage challenging behaviour.
The Rota Nanny must have excellent organisation, communication and teamwork skills, be able to work independently and as part of a nanny team. The household is fully staffed, so the primary focus is on caring for the child, while also supporting the wider family and household staff.
Additional expectations include keeping up with administrative duties and planning activities during school hours, and preparation for evenings, weekends and holidays.
Duties- Nursery duties
- Diary management
- Planning activities
- Liaising with the wider team
- Own bedroom and bathroom for duty use
- Driving not required
- SEN experience specifically with ASD & ADHD
- Neutral spoken English (due to the child's additional needs)
- Willingness to travel to Europe and internationally during school holidays
